• 2 recent photograph of the child
• Original Birth Certificate (mandatory)
• Xerox Copy of child’s aadhar card (if any)
• Xerox copy of parent aadhar card
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Std 2 & above

• Duly Completed admission form (filled in CAPITAL LETTERS)
• 2 recent photograph of the child
• Original Transfer/ Leaving Certificate from previous school (mandatory)
• Xerox copy of Birth Certificate of child
• Xerox Copy of child’s aadhar card
• Xerox copy of parent aadhar card
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Kindly note :

1. All the required documents should be submitted during the time of admission along with fees mentioned.
2. Pending documents to be submitted  within 15 days of admission granted,  else will result in cancellation of admission.
3.  ANY FEES PAID TO SCHOOL IS NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
4. Books, Uniform & other materials are to be purchased by parents.
5.  In case of cancellation of admission, written application to be submitted along with required documents & fees.
